Hello? You're NOT EVEN OLD ENOUGH TO DRINK!

So Lindsay Lohan got a DUI this weekend.

And she just got out of rehab.

AND SHE IS STILL under the legal drinking age in America, which could mean another charge brought against her (besides the fact that she ran away from the scene of the accident).

AND cocaine was found in her car and blood tests will determine whether Lohan had any drugs or alcohol in her system at the time of her arrest.

Some websites say, this latest incident makes Lohan the black sheep of Hollywood actresses.

"No one will touch her," one industry insider says. "No one will be able to get Lindsay insured to work on a film. She's too much of a risk."

GOOD! MAYBE SHE'LL GROW UP.
