Here's what $135 million gets you in Colorado

The New York Times did a story Sunday on the most expensive single-family residence for sale right now in the United States. It happens to be in Aspen, Colorado, not far from my hometown of Glenwood Springs. And it happens to cost $135 million. It belongs to Prince Bandar bin Sultan of Saudi Arabia.

Here's what $135 mil gets you:

15-bedroom, 16-bathroom, 56,000-square foot mountain palace - complete with a racquetball court, indoor pool and outdoor water features.

The property also includes several smaller homes, and it requires a maintenance staff of 12.

Realtor Joshua Saslove will happy to show you the property, but only if you're a billionaire.
