If you're a fan of daytime TV, you probably recognize this guy. His name is John Ingle, and he plays Edward Quartermaine on the ABC soap opera "General Hospital." Turns out, he lives in our building! Taunia has seen him several times. "General Hospital" is taped not too far from here, so he doesn't have a long commute. Here's a little background on him from Wikipedia:
John founded the performing arts departments at both Hollywood and Beverly Hills High Schools, in 1955 and 1964, respectively. Among his stellar students were Albert Brooks, Nicolas Cage, Richard Dreyfuss, Joanna Gleason, Barbara Hershey, Swoosie Kurtz, Stefanie Powers, David Schwimmer and Jonathan Silverman. John retired from teaching in 1985 and began an acting career the same year. He joined "General Hospital" in 1993.
