It's been cold and nasty for a month and a half in Denver, and today people are resorting to desperate measures to stay warm. Three people have been hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning at an apartment in west Denver. There are reports that an infant was unconscious when emergency crews arrived at the apartment shortly after 11:00 Thursday morning. A man and a woman inside the apartment were conscious, but showing signs of poisoning. Reports say firefighters found a lit barbeque grill in the kitchen, and that the family was using it to try to keep warm.
