This picture was taken near my house earlier this week. One word: yuck.
The sun is finally out today, but this has been a truly miserable winter in Chicago. In fact, I just found out it's the 6th snowiest winter on record for the Windy City.
Before we moved here, people warned us about the miserable weather. Here's the part you don't hear about: from November-March, the sun literally never comes out. I could count on both hands the number of days we've seen Little Mr. Sunshine.
If this TV thing doesn't work out, I will not be taking a job with the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. Because I wouldn't have a nice thing to say.
Well, maybe one nice thing. The food here is good.
