You know things are bad when you get listed on deadmalls.com (thanks to Matt S. for sending along this information). The Newton Factory Outlet Mall in Newton Ks (my old stomping grounds) has been pretty much declared dead. The place is practically empty, it's bankrupt, and it's for sale at 1/10th the cost it took to build it. To look at other dead malls, go to deadmalls.com
