Had dinner with my cousin Karen tonight. Haven't seen her in several months, because she lives all the way over on the western slope in Grand Junction.
She's running/biking/swimming early Sunday morning in a triathalon at Cherry Creek State Park... so wish her luck.
We had dinner at at Italian place (Patsy's at 37th & Navajo) because she wanted to load up on carbs for the big race.
Wish her luck as she tries to beat her personal best time of 1 hour and 50 minutes (that's pretty fast, when you consider she has to run 3 miles, bike 12, and swim a half mile.
