I guess it's appropriate that we would run into Pete Rose in Las Vegas. After all, it's the place for gambling, and he did like to place a few bets on baseball.
He was inside a sports store at the Forum Shops at Caesars, signing "free" autographs. But in order to get a "free" autograph, you had to spend about $100 on Pete Rose merchandise inside the store.
He probably still needs the money to pay off his bookie.
